Do some research and find a diet plan that you will enjoy and be able to stick to long term.

It’s also a short period of time if you look at it from the perspective of yes I can do this and it will soon be over. Just imagine how you’ll look 8 weeks from now. More over, you’ll develop some healthy habits that can last for a lifetime.
